INSTRUCTION
From time to time we’ll offer instruction through clinics, workshops, and classes to introduce and/or improve fly fishing and fly tying skills. Classes will be posted here when available.
Introduction to Fly Tying
This basic course will cover tying a series of flies over several sessions intended to teach foundational tying skills. No equipment or tying experience needed.
The Fly Fishing Experience
A one-day clinic to introduce you to fly fishing covering: a brief history of fly fishing; rod, reel, and line setups; and a basic cast.
Fly Fishing 101
A complete introduction to fly fishing that goes over the basics of the equipment, casting, entomology, and reading water. This is a multi-session course.
